Some times i wonder how I so easily moved away from being one of the youngest CEO's to a employee in a organization and that to a sales man, but realized after 14 years that i did not know anything but to sell and make people happy....
I am reminded of one of the movies "Rocket singh sales man of the year" one of the dialog says a person who can do anything else in life becomes a sale guy, funny na how people make assumption. I feel every one in this world is a sales man.
as a father, a brother, a mother, a daughter, a son etc etc etc.... yes everyone at one point or the other, sells something or the other just that don't make it a profession and i have ....
the funny thing is people forget that behind every sales man there is a human being who is trying to earn a honest earning for himself. if a sales guys says something good about someone, the person feels really good, but frankly always tries to see what is the motto behind comment and if the ingenuity of the person is
I feel SPIN selling, challenger sales all these high funda selling fundamentals which we read actually some way or the other are complicating a simple thing called selling....
if a person wants to buy something we give it to them, if a person does not want it then no body may it be the best sales guy he cant sell that him.. even if has graduated from the worlds best selling schools....
but over all i would like to close this chapter by saying... there is only one profession in this world you will find the best people and most knowledgeable, people who understand the issues, needs of other and that is sales profession.....
